My tracking hasn’t updated—what should I do?
This is normal during certain transit points. If it hasn’t updated in 3–5 days, contact us here and we’ll look into it.

Can I cancel or change my order?

I entered the wrong address. What do I do?
If your order hasn’t shipped, we can update it for you. If it has already left our facility, we’ll help coordinate a re-delivery.
Missing or Damaged Packages
